You can email us at stay@nottonhillbarncottages.co.uk or ring us on 01300 321299 or Fax 01300321101 to make a booking. To check availability please look at our availability page, or give us a ring to discuss specific requirements. Once we have confirmed your booking by e mail of telephone we ask for a deposit of 20% of the full cost be sent by post or by bank transfer, with the balance due 30 days prior to your holiday. Please make cheques payable to R & D Smith. Telephone, fax or e mail bookings will be held for 4 working days to allow for receipt of your booking confirmation and deposit.
Terms (The small print)
20% of rental on booking. 50% refundable if holiday cancelled 10 weeks before the commencement of holiday, thereafter not refundable.
Outstanding balance of rental 30 days before the commencement of the holiday. Please note that failure to do so will constitute cancellation of the holiday by the holiday maker.
We would only cancel your holiday if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would, however, attempt to offer you alternative accommodation. If this was not possible or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you for the holiday. Except in exceptional circumstance our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
We recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover any risk of late cancellation for any reason. We ask that you consider the comfort and enjoyment of other guests and we reserve the right to ask visitors to leave where there behaviour is detrimental.
The number of people in each cottage shall not exceed the capacity for that cottage, except for children under three.
